Workshop Wednesday Finding Time For Your Wellness
Welcome back to another Workshop Wednesday. Thanks for joining us in our wellness community for the month of October! For this week, we are focusing on our detective powers to zoom in and out of our focal points. These focal points are tied back to our wellness goals and visions for our ideal present/future. It takes time to really understand the balances that work for us when it comes to what we need to focus on, and when we need to focus on it.
That’s why this week’s workshop is a timer. So, take time to think about something you’ve been putting off or something that would bring you one step closer to your wellness goals. Then, take these next 5 minutes of time to take a micro-step on your wellness journey.
